Product description
This product is high-purity Tungsten Powder (W Powder), presenting as uniform dark gray metallic powder with no agglomeration or visible impurities, uniform particle distribution, and excellent physical and chemical properties. Manufactured by advanced hydrogen reduction process, the product covers multiple purity grades including 99.9%, 99.95%, and 99.99%, and can be customized with different particle sizes (fine powder 0.5-1.5μm, medium powder 2.0-5.0μm, coarse powder 6.0-20.0μm) and particle shapes (irregular/spherical) according to customer requirements.
Tungsten powder features high density (19.3g/cm³), high melting point (3410℃), high hardness, good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent high-temperature stability and wear resistance. It is not easy to oxidize and has stable chemical properties. Its core application scenarios are wide-ranging, mainly used in cemented carbide production (such as cutting tools, molds, wear-resistant parts), powder metallurgy products, thermal spray coatings (improving the wear resistance and high-temperature resistance of workpieces), 3D printing metal materials, radiation shielding materials, electronic components and special material manufacturing in the aerospace field.
The product is strictly produced in accordance with GB/T 3458-2022 and ASTM B382 international standards. Each batch of products undergoes strict physical and chemical testing to ensure that indicators such as purity, particle size and impurity content meet the standard requirements. The packaging adopts sealed iron drums or plastic-lined woven bags, which can provide 25kg, 50kg standard packaging and 1kg, 5kg small-size packaging. It is stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of up to 12 months, which is convenient for transportation and storage.
